The Injection Unit and Clamping Unit

Injection Unit: High Precision
• The HTW series machines offer a large range of injection capacities with accurate 6 stages control. Type A,B and C screws can be selected for different injection capacities.
• The use of high resolution linear displacement transducer (0.1 mm) ensures total repeatability of injection performance. Hydraulic screw motor transmits drive to the nitrided screw to ensure optimum performance and long life with a wide range of materials. To reduce structural stress,the carriage movement is carry out by double cylinder

Injection Unit Featur

• Six-(6) injection speed profiles and five-(5) holding pressure profiles.
• Switch over to hold by postion, time or pressure
• Three step charging (recovery) for speed and back pressure, digitally controlled. (Cushion high/low alarm setting)
• Suck back before and after screw rotation
• Screw speed indication on screen by means of contactless sensor.
• Quality nitrided screw and barrel
• Screw produced using high-precision CNC thread grinder to achieve strong plasticising capacity and homogenous mixing.
• Graphic display for injection speeds and pressures.
• Ceramic barrel heaters
• Steel hopper, has material shut off, is mounted on a robust base with sliding for easy emptying.
• Water channels to cool barrel feed throat section.
• Increased plasticising efficiency and ease of barrel purging by using precision-honed barrel.
• Injection and back pressure indicated on gauges and screen.
• Injection screw is directly driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor

Clamping Unit: Strong and Reliable
• The toggle mechanism is a proven 5-point design that provides efficient and reliable movement. Hardened steel pins and bushings are lubricated by a fully automatic alarmed system.
• Automatic hydraulic mold-height adjustment is driven by a planetary gear system via the controller to ensure fast and constant settings.
• The heavy-duty platens are made of cast steel and available with either bolt holes or T-slots.
• The high-tensile tie bars are made of quality steel hard chromed for long life.
• Faster opening/closing without hydraulic shock

Hydraulics: Accurate & Efficient
• Using world-renowned hydraulic pumps from Vickers (USA), Haitian's hydraulic system offers reliability, efficiency and accuracy in a super-quiet environment.
• Hydraulic motors are from SAI (Italy) or STAFFA (England) to ensure supreme reliability. SAI motors are used on injection moulding machines up to 480 ton while STAFFA motors are employed in all larger capacity machines. All proportional and directional valves are either Yuken,Vickers, or Rexroth.
• The reputation and durability of these brandname components ensures maximum performance,minimal downtime and universal parts availability.

• Linear transducer for ejector stroke control.

Heating Arrangement
• PID temperature control via microprocessor controller.
• Nozzle temperature control
• On-screen display of all relevant data
• 7 day/24hour pre-heat schedule temperatures including:
• All barrel heating zones
• Hydraulic oil temperature
• All mold heating zones (Option) Cooling Arrangement
• Intensive cooling zone with water channels through the hopper feed throat.
• Heat exchanger for oil system (oil temperature gauge provided)
• Multi-port mold cooling water manifolds, with individual circuit ball valves.
